Patty's Mini Makeover

A fresh coat of paint, some window seat love in the form of curtains, a chandelier, art, shelves and lots of pillows transformed this room.  The window seat is now a cozy place to curl up with a book or look out the window at God's creation.

a few oddly slanted windows posed a problem of how to treat them.  Patty said she had considered stained glass before when I mentioned it.  They got a "faux real" stained glass treatment.  Picture frame molding formed custom made frames which held glass cut to measure.  On that was glued a real piece of stained glass and lots of glass embellishments.  Then gallery glass leading and clear paint finished the look.  

A burlap pillow is created simply by printing out a bird image on the computer and tracing using a Sharpie marker.  Some ball fringe coordinated the pillow with others on the seat.
